Very pleased with the level of communication and calm manner in which Dr.Baloy approached my case as a first time patient. We have meds on the way and a procedure to get to the root of any issue early booked. Ty all at Gastro!
Dr. Kapil was excellent! She had reviewed my issues before we met and then very methodically went through how she was going to try and get at the causes and develop a treatment plan. Could not ask for more!
I drove 5.5 hours round trip to see someone at this office because there are no GI providers in the small town where I live. We talked a bit and she gave me a prescription but didn't do any type of physical exam, or anything we couldn't have done via telemed. Less than a year later the person I saw is no longer at this office and no one will even speak to me, much less refill my script, until after I see a new provider at their office in person.
