This center has great doctors, but wait times to schedule an appointment is excessive 4-7 months in my case. I contacted another doctor who contacted my GI doctor to get an appointment two months out. My Dr, I can’t contact directly via CC portal. I have to call the office where office staff are much less than helpful but argumentative.

I was referred to this center by my primary care physician. They contacted me once and left a message. I attempted to call them back several times, but to no avail. I made sure to call outside of any potential lunch hour. There was no answering service, it just hangs up on you if no one answers. My insurance is out of network so they consider me self pay. I’m required to pay upfront and they will not invoice so I can submit it to insurance. And again, because I am self pay, the cost is $2,450 (or so). Insurers are charged apx $250 per the State of Colorado’s medical estimate department for the same procedure. And people wonder why medical costs are the number one reason people go bankrupt.
