I've only been to this office a handful of times but each time I had to wait long past my appointment time. Today, I sat in the waiting room 20 minutes past the appointment time. When I went up to the front desk, she informed me I was marked as a no show. I checked in at the window 40 minutes before the appointment! When I arrived, I said I had a lab appointment at 10:15 and a doctor appointment at 10:30. I couldn't have been more clear. Everyone did such a wonderful job from the time you walk in, till the time you walk out the doors. You're treated with excellent respect, courtesy and care. Thank you everybody for taking such good care of me and my elderly parents. Especially my mother, she hates everybody, but she sure does like her doctor Laura Mitchell and Patricia the lady that draws her blood. She is so good we don't even have to hold her down. L0L. Not kidding.
