In and out for my mammogram in twenty minutes, start to finish. Sharyl did a terrific job. Everyone was nice. Worth the drive to this clinic for extraordinary customer service.
If I could rate lower I would, the over all lack of decency in something as simple as communication is lost on this establishment. The front desk employees alone were deplorably rude as well as incompetent. Unacceptable anywhere, especially, somewhere handling pregnant women. Get better or get out.
The medical staff and providers all seem fine but the billing is beyond messed up. I found out I was pregnant in December & got my bloodwork done here in January. The doctor ordered the bloodwork and sent us downstairs to the lab which then counted as a "walk in" appointment? Then they sent the labs out of network and we got a bill for $5k, insurance covered $4k. We paid the $1k difference in February and then today, in September, were told we needed to pay another $450.
