I had a very pleasant experience for my first visit with Dr. Hsu. It was just a quick check up and then blood panel. Very efficient and she was very kind and thorough. The phlebotomist was excellent.
Not necessarily a review of Dr Hsu, since I never met her, but of her front office staff. I was placed on a waiting list to get into Dr Hsu to establish care and was not informed when she stopped taking new patients (I got to find out from the FB moms group). My kids get excellent care through this location, but this is the third Dr I've had issues getting into see at this location.
I got new insurance and moved so I had to find a new provider near me. I was very impressed with Dr. Hsu! She was so nice and bubbly. I felt very welcome in this office and she put me at ease. It can be hard to find physicians that aren't rushed or cold, but she was anything but. She took her time to comb through my medical history and really cared about making sure I was on a good path moving forward. I am excited I found such a fun doc and will definitely be returning for any needs I have in the future.
