07/11/26 After leaving negative reviews and complaining, they are dismissing me as a patient. Blatant retaliation. 07/09/26 Update: I have been humiliated. I have been hung up on by the management staff and the patient advocate line. I have been dismissed and at every turn. I came into this ER with progressive loss of hand coordination, coldness, lack of pigmentation, pain, and severe numbness. Instead of actually looking for the root cause of my physical symptoms, the doctor chose the most convenient, low-effort label possible: carpal tunnel. What makes this an absolute joke of a diagnosis is that the doctor performed the standard carpal tunnel diagnostic tests on me, and I FAILED every. single. one. of them.
