Changed my rating from 5 down to one due to recent visit. Theg had ket me go home with a resting heartrate of 125 while my sp02 was 75% and unstable. I felt very rushed and confused during discharge.

I have never in my life experienced the level of care and service that the Harmony campus ER had. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was already trying to get me to laugh, every nurse and EMT and doctor went absolutely above and beyond for me. One EMT literally went outside to my car to grab my purse for me. Everyone here is an absolute angel. I’ll never go anywhere else. If i could give 100 stars, I would!!!

Clean, organized and friendly… staff are professional and kind and listen to us and our concerns and did exceptional in getting all test done quickly and explained everything so that we could understand and got a plan together for the next steps of recovery. Awesome.

Go north, go south. Do NOT come to the Harmony ED. We have consistently reviewed inadequate care, incorrect diagnoses, and other unacceptable medical malpractice from this location. Most recently seen by Dr Reid Phillips and the aftermath has been horrific. I write this in hopes that we will save you and your loved ones from harm.
