The only hospital I have been to where the nurses hold up the gown and tell you to "get undressed while I hold this gown up" this needs to stop it's the second time they have asked me to do this. This is a completely inappropriate and inconsiderate thing to ask patients to do when a little bit of privacy would be appreciated, consider the patient who has trauma and doesn't want to undress in front of a complete stranger-especially a man!
