I went to the ER due to I cut my finger at work. I got into the ER at 4:30pm I sat and sat for hours. There were several people in the ER. I did not leave until 8:30pm I left with 4 stitches in the cut on my finger. The Dr and nurse were nice however it took a very long time and it was freezing in the exam room. I will go back to have my stitches removed and I hope it doesn't take 4 hours to have that happen. Thanks!
Extremely unprofessional. Next time be sure the patient leaves before you make the conscious decision to make fun of them. The staff must’ve skipped the class on how to be a decent human being. And it should go without saying that patients are people too. Having valid questions and medical concerns shouldn’t be a joking matter. Do better and take an empathy class. Never going back.
