I went to the ER after being referred by urgent care for a CT scan to rule out kidney stones after blood was found in my urine and I was having significant pain. I also have a history of kidney stones, which made the situation even more concerning to me. Please don't come here the main nurse i saw and doctor didn't take my concerns about my health seriously when I asked about my lab results they never answered them I was brushed off I got discharge feeling the same as when I got there. Unless you absolutely have no other choice but to go to this urgent care, Please go somewhere where they listening too you and actually care about your well-being.

Came into the hospital to see if I was pregnant to an empty room 30 minutes go by a lady walks in and she is seen immediately .. no problem. 10 minutes go by still the only person waiting a couple comes in and they are seem immediately I understand people might have more urgent situations but I’m the only person in the lobby and everyone walking in is getting looked at URGENTLY smh fire everybody
