Super fast sweet knowledgeable staff
Absolutely deceptive practices, a rude doctor that told me not to talk about my UTI symptoms and leave the diagnosis to him, and a ridiculously outrageous bill. Made the $400 co-payment, then was sent for a CT scan (UTI diagnosis!). 7 months later, out of the blue, I got a bill for $2,181.73. A very expensive UTI... $10,548.06 in total.The dispute process was a farce; don't waste your time with it. Stay clear of this facility. Except for the male nurse who was professional.
Terrible experience at UCHealth ER Smoky Hill We hate to post in anger, but this is anger and grief. We just came home from another terrible experience at UC Health emergency room by King Soopers. We have had really wonderful doctors and nurses there, but this particular doctor and nurse were so demeaning to our daughter for the second time in 2 months. Everything about this place has been a horrible experience. I only spent about an hour there with a fairly unhelpful staff that seemed put off by having anyone walk in the door. I have also spent about 10 hours on the phone with the billing departments over mistakes they have made. The issue still isn't even solved nor do they care to fix THEIR mistakes.
The staff and nurses are awesome at this location. The Dr is condensending, dismissive and treated me like I was an idiot. I knew something was wrong, but instead was told that I “probably” have sleep apnea and am fine. Now I’m in the hospital with flu and pneumonia that he missed because he thought I just needed to lose weight. I was sent home with a low oxygen rate that never should have happened and spent the next 3 days thinking I was crazy and doing further damage to myself by not getting treatment. Who does that??
