The nursing staff were outstanding — patient, kind, and attentive from start to finish. They were the only bright spot of my experience. But I left this ER visit feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, the doctor I saw that day had a terrible attitude. He was curt, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient deserving of care. Excellent care by the entire ER staff following a hard fall and associated injuries. Nursing staff very caring, responsive and helpful - took great care of me. ER doctor (Richter) was terrific - great bedside manner, gave me clear indication of issues, and what to expect after I went home. CT scan completed quickly including results. Highly recommend this facility when needed.

My two year old had a head laceration that needed closure. We were greeted with a teddy bear for him and were taken back almost immediately. The entire staff was quick, competent and friendly.
