Horrible service. Nurse has purple hair and was very rude. Then they wouldn’t let us leave. Sat there for hours waiting to be let go.

Did okay for the most part they could definitely be more precise with the privacy part but other than that they did okay also they like to think that we know what they're talking about so when we don't understand what they're talking about they look at me like I'm stupid remember I'm not a doctor any of that stuff..

Apparently Dr and the nurse need to return to school. One star is only because they were pleasant, but one can be ignorant and stupid but still pleasant. Went to ER at specific direction of GI Dr/surgeon for continued bleeding and clots over 24 hours after a surgical procedure. Dr's exam which was not very thorough was dismissed because his gloved finger showed bloody mucus. When I used the bathroom prior to leaving, unfortunately the toilet water was blood red and still clots, which my friend accompanying me saw. She had th... read more
