As far as ER experiences go, this was the best experience I've ever had. I was admitted almost immediately. The team worked on me quickly and efficiently to get in the IV and do the other set up. The test that were run on me happened quickly and the results came back in a very timely manner. The doctor was so kind, listened well, and explained the diagnosis in a very understandable way.
The staff are SO disrespectful and nasty. They were rude the entire visit, ive never been to a hospital where they treated their patients like trash on the street before i went to this one. Everyone is truly awful to you and dont even treat you like a human being.
The last two to three visits that I've had at Longs Peak Hospital has been less than favorable. I will no longer recommend anybody to be seen there. From now on I will be recommending the Boulder Community Health Hospital.
