The experience I just had at the front desk was abysmal. I have a stutter and Jan E at the triage/check in desk was dismissive and condescending. She did not listen to me and instead chose to speak to my partner instead. Even asking my partner questions. I am aware it takes me longer to speak but zero compassion is a scary and dangerous thing at a front desk. randomly started throwing up super late at night for two hours straight and was super delirious, decided i had to go to the er. this was the only one open around 11 pm near me. i was a bit worried because it was so late, but as soon as i got there they tended to me so quickly and were so kind. they told me i needed iv fluids, i told them about my fear of needles and they helped keep me calm through it. all the nurses and doctors were so understanding and positive and i really think that made all the difference in helping me ... read more

Amazing experience with the ER! From past experiences in CA I was hesitant to go in, but knew I needed tests and scans to see why I was in so much pain. It took me 3 hours to make the decision to go in, and boy was I surprised. The cleanliness, quickness, professionalism and hospitality of everyone blew me away. Left after 3 hours with a diagnosis and prescriptions for antibiotics. Will never hesitate again!

No one in this organization wants to answer billing questions, estimate questions, or take responsibility for the bill they send you. You will end up in a loop with each financial office sending you to a different one.

Nurses are AMAZING!! so sweet and understanding. Dr's there dismiss patients and dont listen, even when you present them all the evidence.
