We had to take our two year old son in and every person we interacted with was so kind and focused on our comfort and taking care of our son. The medic Dre and nurse Mike were so kind, Steven the other medic checked on us frequently, brought toys for our son and made sure we got him something to eat since we had to stay a few hours for observation. I took my 8 year old son here for lightheadedness, dizziness, pale skin and vomiting. The day shift was wonderful! Was empathetic, communicative, informative and friendly. They discovered an abnormally low HR with arythmias but felt it was normal at this time They did send us home but said if signs continue to return. Unfortunately my son continued to feel ill.
