A men came in asked for help to get to a walk in doctor the front desk was no help they didn't even give him am address of where he can go they acted if they didn't want him to be seen here sad
Not a fan of this place. Went in for severe vertigo. The audiologist was nice and empathetic but the PAs made me feel absolutely hopeless. The vertigo started after submerging my ear under water at a pool. Yet they insist its my neck. I have fullness in my right ear constantly, go to pt weekly and the chiropractor multiple times a week. Nothing. It is my ear. If them, or a member of their family was experiencing something this life altering I doubt they would be so quick to dismiss. Okay ENT clinic. Much better than the local ones like Alpine ENT, so I guess you take what you can get. Scheduling wait time can be many months and communication between patient and care team isn’t always the best. I’m sure it’s challenging to not treat patients like another number with the volume they do, but UCH could definitely work on that here.
