I had a complicated condition with sinus congestion; including possible interaction from (unrelated) supplements. The UCHealth ENT clinic was able to put me on the path to fixing my problem

I specifically requested to be scheduled with an MD due to my extensive, lifelong, ear issues. Had to wait 7 months for an appointment only to be switched to a PA a couple weeks prior to the appointment. Would not recommend this practice.

I wouldn't know about the level of care they offer, because the process of getting an appointment (with referral) was ridiculous. I tried 5 times in a week and each time it was a different story about some back end nonsense that wasn't completed yet, so I wasn't able to make the appointment. On my final call, they told me there was no referral, so I simply gave up. Today, weeks later, I get a call about making an appointment and of course I had some questions about the whole process. I felt that the doctor Reed Soukup, PA-C listened only to the information he wanted to hear while disregarding or dismissing many of the concerns I raised. His manner also came across as arrogant and condescending, which made the appointment especially uncomfortable and discouraging. After waiting three months to see a specialist, I was extremely disappointed by the experience. I will be requesting a second opinion from a different provider.
