I am sharing my experience with the CU Medicine gastroenterology office to caution other patients regarding their billing practices. While they require an annual visit for patients in remission to receive a prescription refill, the process for doing so is both frustrating and costly. I have been waiting for an appointment with them for several months now. It was scheduled for 7/2 and cancelled and rescheduled for 7/9 this was also cancelled and the next available appointment is two more months away. I’ve been extremely sick waiting for this appointment and I don’t really think they care. I would go somewhere that they’re able to actually see patients and if they have to reschedule you they do it within a timely manner if you are actually sick and waiting.
This place is a chaotic mess. If you have all day to wait for no answers then give it a try.
