I’m extremely disappointed in UCHealth’s mammography clinic. My family member was referred here directly by her insurance, yet the clinic claimed they had no insurance information on file and pressured her to sign multiple forms, including “surprise billing” forms without explaining what they were. This was especially concerning because the insurance company had already sent her information twice by mail and once by fax, with no response from the clinic.
