This review is not related to their doctor’s surgical ability; I never received surgery from him so maybe he is great. Rather, the one star is because he was the surgeon on call when I had a clear infection (sent pictures) but insisted it wasn’t an infection, just my old hematoma despite it being 1 month post op and having growing bright red with skin changes. I came to see Dr clear regarding a cyst on my back and had newly set up insurance. Before being seen I made sure that my insurance could be taken and asked questions as my online account was not reflecting my new policy when I checked in early. When I was told my Kaiser plan was not considered in network and would incur additional cost, I was advised to schedule a in network visit and they explained which numbers to call on my card to do so which was very helpful.
