I came to see Dr clear regarding a cyst on my back and had newly set up insurance. Before being seen I made sure that my insurance could be taken and asked questions as my online account was not reflecting my new policy when I checked in early. When I was told my Kaiser plan was not considered in network and would incur additional cost, I was advised to schedule a in network visit and they explained which numbers to call on my card to do so which was very helpful.
