This post isn’t about the doctor I have no complaints there. This is about the scheduling and front desk staff. I made an appointment four to five months ago with a specialist I’ve been waiting patiently to see, holding onto hope that help was finally on the way. A few days ago, I received a voicemail asking me to reschedule. When I called back, I was told I had been booked with the wrong doctor. This is the most knowledgeable neurologist I have ever seen. She gives you plenty of time and is very thorough. Every patient gets her undivided care. I'm so fortunate to have her as my Dr.

This doctor acts like she cares when you're in person. I guarantee she absolutely gives 0 about you and your health. I am going on a full year of pain and it should and would not be this long to treat what I have going on. It takes nearly three weeks to get a response and that is after calling, emailing, and doing everything I can to get in touch with her. The nursing staff is just as bad.
