I waited for my 3 appointments that were scheduled a month out, (June/July/Aug) for OBGYN/pregnancy… yet they cancelled each of them, the day before my appointment, for every single month. Then they gave me zero explanation on the cancellation because nothing was on file as to why. However they suggested I reschedule for another appointment that would be a month out, again. SMH. My entire 2nd trimester went by with no medical care due to this. So, I won’t be entrusting them with my baby’s health any further

Overall I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this practice. I have finally transferred my care and am so grateful to have a new team. My main complaints - 1) there is a facility fee which is applied to every visit. It is technically in the paperwork if you read it close enough but not told to you and I needed to figure it out by calling, messaging many different parts of the office. 2) you get billed from 2 separate entities. I was provided excellent care during my appointment with Shannon Murphy. She is compassionate and has great bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and reviewed treatment options to develop a plan that best fit my needs.
