Overall I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this practice. I have finally transferred my care and am so grateful to have a new team. My main complaints - 1) there is a facility fee which is applied to every visit. It is technically in the paperwork if you read it close enough but not told to you and I needed to figure it out by calling, messaging many different parts of the office. 2) you get billed from 2 separate entities. I was provided excellent care during my appointment with Shannon Murphy. She is compassionate and has great bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and reviewed treatment options to develop a plan that best fit my needs.
Very unethical. Charged over $6000 for an annual wellness exam and IUD removal. I have never experienced anything like the poor customer service they provided. Filed the IUD removal under a 'surgical procedure' so my insurance wouldn't cover it, but then said they are not a surgery center so they don't have any other codes to change it. Went in circles for a long time before just paying it. DO NOT recommend this scam of a facility.
