Dr. Geddes is a very competent physician that i would recommend to anyone. She is passionate about medicine (which is what you want in an MD) and communicates/listens to your feedback. Considering the completely broken healthcare system she has to operate in, she navigates it very well.
Initially I liked her but my last two visits were bad. I had to call several times this last year to get results on an MRI that was sent directly to her office. I finally gave up and went somewhere else to get help with that. Most recently, I was given a MAJOR runaround scheduling appointments just to go in and be told that she could not help me AGAIN but was happy to refer me to another doctor and then she could see me after that. I wasted time and money on two appointments only to be told I would have to come back. AGAIN. ... read more
Absolutely love Dr Geddes! I would recommend her to anyone I know and love. She is easy to reach, always helpful and answers all of my questions. It is fairly easy to get in for an in-person or virtual appt if an issue arises. Dr Geddes lays out all of the options, and allows me to make the best decision for myself, and talks my through the options if I do not understand.
My family used Dr Geddes as a PCP for 2 years. She only seems to care about well care if you are indeed well. If you need any type of diagnostics or further testing forget it. My husband went to see her several times for a chronic cough. At his last visit he told her he felt like he was breathing through a straw. She did nothing. My husband had finally had enough and went to a different Dr. At the first visit after he said he was having trouble breathing because of the cough she ordered an MRI.
