The facility was very neat and clean. Parking was adequate. Building was easy to locate and to exit both on and off the highway. The staff was exceptional in that they friendly and helpful. The technician conducting my test was very professional and patient.
I had a wonderful experience at UCHealth for my mammogram. It was a seamless process! I had a wonderful appt with my tech, Maureen. She's fantastic! She checked in with me frequently throughout my visit and answered all kinds of questions for me. She explained all of my imaging and she was wonderful to talk to during my appt. I hope I get her again as my tech in the future!
It seems that it is still taking weeks to get results back after being told 3 business days. Although I had a hip xray take UC Health radiology over 3 weeks to be read, so it seems like it’s an across the board problem with UC Health radiology? Makes me want to consider switching health systems. And the fact that you can’t contact Stonegate office directly adds to the frustration. The number given is an 844 # for scheduling.
