I had a deeply upsetting experience during my ultrasound. The tech was extremely condescending and combative throughout the entire process, making a difficult experience all the more stressful. She may have been having a bad day but nobody deserves that level of subpar healthcare.
Amazing and kind staff who made a scary experience go as smoothly as possible!
