I recently had back surgery and then tripped and fell. I was told to come into the office, yet no surgeon was available when I arrived. I’ve been dealing with extreme pain on my left side, and my doctor completely dismissed my concerns. He only looked at the X-ray and insisted nothing was wrong, refusing to take my pain seriously. I’m still in severe pain with zero answers, and the lack of concern and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating.
Dr Murad and staff are GOLD. Best surgeon around. Period. Always explains what my options are and leaves it up to me to decide. Works his schedule best he can to take care of me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else- Steph and the front desk are great!
