I felt as though I was rushed through the initial appointment with Dr Hager. Procedures and tests were ordered and I followed up on the ones that I could arrange. Called 4 months later to check the status of what I understood to be an urgent brain MRI order and was told the that necessary information would be obtained by the staff and I would recieve a call back for scheduling. Very upset. They have a 10 minute late policy, I was 13 minutes late due to being stuck behind a train and Dr. Hager refused to see me. I have been waiting a very long time and took work off for this apotmemt absolutly dont care about their patients. Take your business elsewhere.
