The hospital uses Patient Representatives to shield them from people treated badly. Patient representatives are unresponsive as the doctors are. There is no mechanism to get an issue resolved in a timely fashion leaving patients being discharged and sent home to an unsafe environment.
I have received very poor communications with someone very unprofessional.
Very unprofessional medical assistance. Too long of a story to actually put here. It's a travesty to go into detail. But just know that their medical assistance are in training and do not know what they're doing and can cause serious injury. One instance I was being walked because I had open heart surgery, and I had to walk and the medical assistant stood on and stepped on my tubes and cords three times while walking me down the hall. This entire hospital is an absolute joke. They flat out lie on reports to avoid accountability. They don’t reply to client concerns, and they are rude and unprofessional. Go to ANY other hospital.
One of the best hospitals I have ever been treated at across the United States. Top of the line Neurology & ICU unit.
