Don't waste your time or money. They require you to make multiple appointments for things that can be done in one appointment. Ashley, her office staff was very rude and unhelpful. Its about money for this group, not patient care.
Dr. Alice Zhang is kind, caring, professional, and proactive about my health. She listens to my concerns as well as recommending treatments and tests to rule out any potential problems. She is one of the best PCPs I have had in the 75 years I have been alive! I feel confident about my health now and in the future in her capable hands.
I am appalled at the “care” my wife was provided today by Dr. Alice Zhang. She was dismissive, rude, condescending, unprofessional, and every other adjective that you hope your care provided not to be. I WOULD STRONGLY ASVISE YOU TO SEEK AN ALTERNATIVE CARE PROVIDER IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SEEKING MEDICAL ATTENTION AT THIS FACILITY.
