UCG MISDIAGNOSED OUR EQUIPMENT AND SOLD US FAULTY EQUIPMENT. We had a subsite tracker that after a few rods in would just start to lose connection. sent our tracker and sonde down to be diagnosed. they "tested" it. said all good and recommended replacing sonde if any more issues. first time using equipment again, same issue. So we ordered a refurbished sonde from them as the recommended. First time putting the new sonde in the ground, same problem. so we thought it was the tracker.
