I just recently sold thru them and was dealing with Thomas. He stayed in contact with me the whole way and also to mention my item I sold them was coming all the way from Washington state all the way to Florida so that took a couple days but as soon as they received it I was paid with 4 hours.
Very Very reliable with service and equipment payment obligations.

UCG MISDIAGNOSED OUR EQUIPMENT AND SOLD US FAULTY EQUIPMENT. We had a subsite tracker that after a few rods in would just start to lose connection. sent our tracker and sonde down to be diagnosed. they "tested" it. said all good and recommended replacing sonde if any more issues. first time using equipment again, same issue. So we ordered a refurbished sonde from them as the recommended. First time putting the new sonde in the ground, same problem. so we thought it was the tracker.
