I waited 40 minutes to ask about the English program and had to stop someone myself. I was told the class was full and the next chance is January." I don't fault staff for the class being full, but the wait and lack of communication were frustrating. After explaining everything, I was given a card in case someone cancels, which I do appreciate. I hope UCF Global can improve how they communicate with people coming in to ask about programs.
I have nothing to say other than "slow". They're not willing to help you.
