Professional, efficient and quick! We were in desperate need of a new windsheild in a very short time frame and George was amazing! He was helpful and walked us through the claims process, and sent progress photos during the repair. Great communication and customer service.
George was terrific. Excellent communication, follow through, and service. He made it so easy to set up my claim with insurance and then handled everything from there, including negotiating with my insurer to use OEM parts instead of the generic ones. The glass looks great, the car was clean, and the whole process was easy. I’ll definitely use George at UCD again.
