I am extremely frustrated with how UCCU has handled our situation. We recently had a 30-day late payment reported on our credit, which we were shocked to discover. Our account had been set to autopay, but without our knowledge it stopped working, and we were never notified of a missed payment until it already damaged our credit. When we reached out, we requested a goodwill adjustment since we have always made our payments on time and were completely unaware of the issue. UCCU refused to help. We recently worked on a lot loan with Gayla, who was wonderful to work with. She is an excellent communicator, helpful, and was patient with a challenging lot and location. Frank was also great, I'd highly recommend checking out UCCU as a first option in Provo!
I went to work on something for my bank account and Alyx did a wonderful job helping me out! The process was smooth and easy and she made me feel very good about what I had come to get help with.

I've been a member of UCCU for almost 7 years. This branch has made me crazy. Their staff seem to turn over quite frequently and don't have great training. I had money deposited into the wrong account! Now they have a new greeter desk, which seems useless. Usually, the person standing there is focused on their device. And it adds one more person into the mix when trying to conduct business. It is time to find a new place to bank.
