Great bank, would recommend it for everyone. Alyx helped me open accounts, print cards and everything, and I was in and out in a flash. I called again recently and Hannah was able to help me out. Very understanding and helpful!

I’d give zero stars at this point. I have banked with UCCU for nearly 10 years and I’ve spent the last 3 trying to get my last name changed. They insist I come into a branch when I cannot do that. I finally sent over the app my SSN card and Marriage cert only to get multiple messages telling me I only sent one. After sending another message I had mere hours to sign a document and send yet another form of ID or they would cancel my request.
