I've been a member of UCCU for almost 7 years. This branch has made me crazy. Their staff seem to turn over quite frequently and don't have great training. I had money deposited into the wrong account! Now they have a new greeter desk, which seems useless. Usually, the person standing there is focused on their device. And it adds one more person into the mix when trying to conduct business. It is time to find a new place to bank.
The staff here are always so friendly, and when they don't know what to do, they always keep me up to date with they're going to do to figure out a solution and what they need from me!
First of all, I used to work for UCCU and have a really good understanding of what goes on. I am also graduating next week with a bachelor’s in finance. I was really disappointed with my interaction with UCCU today. My wife and I went in to refinance and get a lower payment. For reference I have A tier credit and she has B tier credit. I have been a UCCU member for almost 50 years. I’ve had mostly good experiences, but after a negative one at another branch, I tried this branch. Amelia was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and great at anticipating what would be most helpful for me. This will be my new branch!
