We have had several accounts with UCCU for almost 18 years, mainly because of the hassle to switch and change all of the accounts and automatic payments. Several years ago, they made some significant changes to their online banking, supposedly to make it more safe. What happened instead was they made it ludicrous and impossible for a normal person to get access to their own accounts and money.
