Unfortunately the policies of this bank don’t match the other UCCU banks in the area… I would recommend the one in Santaquin!!
Takes them 10-15 minutes to process any transaction. Came through the drive through with cashiers checks to pay off a personal loan and a credit card, got there at 11:57 and didn’t leave until 12:12, and I was the only car.
I was very pleased with Zac he was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. I look forward to a very long relationship with UCCU.
McKell was super helpful and patient. It took awhile to get everything processed but she was amazing and chatted with me the whole time. I will definitely be going back!
Our experience with a loan officer was very enjoyable and pleasant. We were treated with respect and loved her attention to detail.
