Sharee in the Payson branch was awesome! We had received incorrect information about being able to receive service on Saturday at the Santaquin branch, only to find that just the drive through was open. We were very disappointed because we had driven at least an hour and a half to get there. The folks at Santaquin called ahead for us to Payson, and Sharee was waiting for us to help us with what we needed. She stayed about 45 minutes after closing to make sure we got our tasks done. Thank you Sharee!
The amount of overdraft fees and checking fees this bank issues is appalling. Do not recommend this bank any longer
