We’ve had a really disappointing experience with UCCU. We were on auto pay for our loan and assumed everything was running smoothly. Unfortunately, one of the payments bounced — something we had no idea about until we discovered a late payment had been reported on our credit. No one from UCCU ever contacted us directly, and when we reached out, they said letters were mailed but were returned to them.
