The staff is very polite, the walk-in policy is great and you don't have to wait a long time this is great for me because most doctor's office that I go to I can't get an appointment for 2 or 3 months
They absolutely do NOT answer their phones or email. I had a simple question about my previous visit and called 3 times and left a voicemail. Had they answered the damn phone then I wouldn’t have had to waste my time and money going to their location to the other side of the Bronx from me just for them to not be able to help me. Ya need to do better.
