Don't go to this place if you need refills on your medication or if you need somebody to explain your lab board to you.Because they don't even return your phone calls.I went in on the first week in december as a new patient.They have yet to return my phone call to answer as to why they have not called in my prescription yet.And they have yet to explain my blood work to me.I'm trying to figure out who to turn them into because they don't need to be in that college area.Teaching other people how to do things.The wrong way!
As useless as having only one sheet of toilet paper . I have a possible injury to the rotator cuff urgent care said told me two weeks ago. Yet Jennifer can’t get an mri order done nor get my A1c order to the hospital or imaging center . She’s only an APRN folks and don’t go if you’ve been injured. She’ll let you sit in pain and not get anything done to diagnose the cause nor get you out of pain until you get into the specialists. Honestly I'm more than happy going to this clinic. they are great 💕😃👍
Wonderful place. The facility is clean and airy, the staff are kind and courteous. I saw Jennifer Cox, APRN and I couldn't have asked for a better clinician. I had an urgent problem and couldn't get in to my regular doctor and they scheduled me right away. Jennifer took time to listen and actually reviewed the paperwork I filled out. She considered my input when forming a plan.
