I recently had a severe sinus infection and needed support for my asthma during this episode. I came in as a walk-in and am incredibly thankful for the time the providers took to listen and understand my concerns. Jennifer recognized that I have extensive experience managing my asthma throughout my life and provided excellent care. They also provide mental health, addiction counseling, physical and occupational therapy as well! I’m already feeling better and so grateful that our community has a clinic like this!

Don't go to this place if you need refills on your medication or if you need somebody to explain your lab board to you.Because they don't even return your phone calls.I went in on the first week in december as a new patient.They have yet to return my phone call to answer as to why they have not called in my prescription yet.And they have yet to explain my blood work to me.I'm trying to figure out who to turn them into because they don't need to be in that college area.Teaching other people how to do things.The wrong way!
As useless as having only one sheet of toilet paper . I have a possible injury to the rotator cuff urgent care said told me two weeks ago. Yet Jennifer can’t get an mri order done nor get my A1c order to the hospital or imaging center . She’s only an APRN folks and don’t go if you’ve been injured. She’ll let you sit in pain and not get anything done to diagnose the cause nor get you out of pain until you get into the specialists.
