I went there because i had a tampon stuck and when i was called to the back i heard the lady say “im not about to see if no tampon is stuck , im not doing no pelvic exam with nothing with no tampon , do not put her on my schedule . When i heard that i felt so uncomfortable that i just told her to forget about it and to treat me for the other symptoms i was having . I went to this urgent care and had a terrible experience. I sat in the waiting area for about 45 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged. Multiple nurses and staff members walked past me without saying a word or offering any help. It was very unprofessional and disappointing. I eventually had to walk out and go elsewhere to receive care.

This place was horrible charged me almost $500.00 just for a bandaid that I had to try to put on myself while the doctor watched me and the bandaid did not fit waste of time

They are very unorganized, dysfunctional & and the you’re probably going to have to get tested multiple times due to the lack of training and knowledge.Your best bet is finding an urgent care that truly CARES. The entire place is TOXIC !!!!
