I went to ucsd Ortho about 3 months ago and PA Corey Merrill said everything was ok with my ankle but I had stiffness and numbness. And pain. He said couldn't find anything, he referred to Pt. He thought I sprained it by stepping on the accelerater pedal. I said no. I was reaching for something and I sprained it. Or popped something loose. Very sarcastic. Will not return.

I was told my finger is a perfectly good finger. Does this look like a perfectly good finger???? I have been doing physical therapy, I am in constant pain and I can't use my hand the way I use to. I was denied corrective surgery and told it would be cosmetic... this place is seriously the WORST This facility is Guilty of discrimination!! If I had money for a lawyer I would take them to court. I have talked to the person claiming to be in charge of doctor reviews for this facility and have gotten a sorry excuse for sympathy. They said it wasn't right what the doctor said BUT HAVE OFFERED NO RESOLUTION This place is the worst. I can only hope that others aren't put through what I have been. I am a single mother who has been completely disregarded by the very people who claim to care and have the ability to restore function in my finger BUT HAVE REFUSED ME CLAIMING IT IS ONLY COSMETIC..
