I had a very disappointing experience here for my 20-week anatomy ultrasound-- the tech Remy was rude and hostile to us throughout the entire hour-long appointment. I've never been talked to by a health care professional like that. In addition, she also repeatedly implied that we were being overly demanding simply because we asked if the doctor (who was not present but was reviewing the scans remotely) would call us afterwards with the results. Today I had my 20 wks ultrasound appointment with Dr. Kelly and Yesenia and it was wonderful! The clinic was neat and clean. Yesenia was very detailed oriented and took lots of diagnostic photos of my baby. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. When my ultrasound scan were done, Dr. Kelly reviewed my photos and test results that I have done in the past as well.
