Staff members answering the phones were very rude. It's extremely difficult to get in with an out of network referral, and the staff didn't seem willing to help.
If you are considering using this organization, go elsewhere. There is no pre-consultation with the doctor prior to colonoscopy, and prep instructions pertaining to prescription drug cessation is vague at best. I had a colonoscopy scheduled for 9 am with a 7:30 arrival time, only to be told they couldn't do the procedure because I took my blood thinner that morning. I had an excellent experience today. I had to call the doctor on call last night with a question about prep and he was so helpful and kind. This morning all of the staff members were awesome as they prepared me for colonoscopy, during the procedure and afterwards. Everyone was professional, efficient and friendly.
Been trying to make an appointment for months. Scheduling is incompetent and gives wrong call back info. Months. This is a travesty. Get it together, UC.
DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be misdiagnosed, brushed off and pretty much told your crazy. I have a chronic condition that has been causing symptoms and severely impacting my quality of life for YEARS that they NEVER tested me for, and told me was GERD- despite trying multiple treatments for GERD and not getting better.. after going to a PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR (NOT a specialist), he discovered it immediately. Turns out the symptoms weren't caused by GERD, big surprise
