Long story short, I nearly died because of this office. Long story long: I found out at 18 weeks pregnant that I had miscarried and needed a procedure to remove the fetus. I was referred to this office and called that same day to schedule the procedure, which ideally needed to take place within a day or two. No answer, left a message. Did not receive a response. We just came 10 min late. They told us you have 15 min. Period but they are lying to us. They didn't accept us. I took leave from work and we arranged for someone to look after the children.
I had my 12 week appointment here and I didn’t like how the ultrasound technician treated me she was cold and just there to do her job in my opinion and she caused me anxiety by pressing hard on my stomach and I went home sore I don’t think that is how I am supposed to feel after seeing an image of my baby it is my first baby / pregnancy and she ruined that experience for me and she didn’t even say her name and I have an appointment today and I don’t even want to go because of how bad I was treated my last appointment
Dr Jasmine Patel, OBGYN, did an unnecessary medical procedure/wrong decision, She did a unnecessary Biopsy and charged me $1140 and then order hystroscopy and charged me about $600 just for a blood test! I did not do the hystroscopy and I consulted with two other OBGYNs to do the hysteroscopy, both agreed that not only hysteroscopy not needed, but also a biopsy was not necessary with the fact that I had no pain or bleeding and my popsmir and ultrasound result was normal.
