I've been seeing Dr. Chan at this location for over a year now, and couldn't be happier. As someone who is broadly healthy, but has elusive chronic conditions, I have had very poor luck in finding doctors who listen to me about what my body is actually doing. Dr. Chan is the first doctor I've seen since I've left my pediatrician where I really feel heard. Was searching for a new primary care doctor and found Laetitia Truong on UC Irvine's website. My first unpleasant experience there was broken glass and trash right by the front door. Then it was weirdly empty. They only had 1 nurse who left in the middle of taking my vitals to go check on someone else - which I get if it's an emergency but why is there only 1 nurse on duty for a day shift?
