Was searching for a new primary care doctor and found Laetitia Truong on UC Irvine's website. My first unpleasant experience there was broken glass and trash right by the front door. Then it was weirdly empty. They only had 1 nurse who left in the middle of taking my vitals to go check on someone else - which I get if it's an emergency but why is there only 1 nurse on duty for a day shift? Everything is clean, the waiting room is nice and well-kept. All the staff were welcoming, and Dr. Truong is very nice. I felt comfortable here and felt heard, I'll definitely come back if I have concerns. :)
