Very nice and quiet location. Staff and physician, Dr. Regan Chan were great. Dr. Chan asked a lot of questions, listened to my symptoms, spent extra time reviewing my chart, and ordered a battery of tests. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Chan.
I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically Gigiola Marcias and Vanessa Figueroa. My mother primarily speaks Spanish and needed assistance, but they refused to communicate with her in Spanish—even though they were speaking Spanish to each other right in front of us. All doctor's I've see are nice and helpful except for the new doctor Jenny TAN she is very rude it looked like she didn't want to help me. Instead of guiding me she was telling me how alot of people have the same symptoms and wanted to dismissed my symptoms due to other people havingsimilar simptoms. I know alot of people and none have the symptoms what I have. Overall she was very dismissive. If you want someone with people skills do not schedule your appointment with her. I've been seeing Dr. Chan at this location for over a year now, and couldn't be happier. As someone who is broadly healthy, but has elusive chronic conditions, I have had very poor luck in finding doctors who listen to me about what my body is actually doing. Dr. Chan is the first doctor I've seen since I've left my pediatrician where I really feel heard.
