I want to express how incredibly grateful I am for the care my grandma received in the Emergency Department at UCI Medical Center in Orange. From the moment Dr. June Sadiq walked into the room, I could tell he was genuine, compassionate, and truly cared about his patients. Extremely disappointing experience. The service was very poor, and the entire process was extremely inefficient. The waiting time was far too long, with very little communication or assistance provided. The prescription process was also handled poorly. The staff could not even clearly explain where the medication was sent, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. The most unacceptable part was the attitude of the security staff. HORRIBLY EXCESSIVELY LONG WAIT TIME FOR CT SCANS. NINE HOURS!!!! OTHERS HAD BEEN HERE SEVERAL HOURS ALSO WAITING JUST ON CT SCAN RESULTS.
Negative star review* Please refrain from visiting this establishment. It lacks moral integrity and exhibits significant malpractice. The staff’s lack of concern for patients is evident. They merely present a facade and treat individuals as mere numbers and financial assets. Nurses were kind but the ER itself was so dirty and the nurses kept calling me a paraplegic… and I’m not one.
