It was terrible wait time for patient in pain. Plus no bed for admission. They let me sit on the chair in the lobby all night from 2am to 11am. Next day. They charged me 3k for emergency room for sitting in ED room chair. No accountability.

How do you treat a patient who arrives through Emergency Services at 10:00 PM only to wait in the lobby until 5:00 AM the next day before seeing a doctor? Patients come to the emergency room because they need help. Waiting nearly 7 hours without being seen is unacceptable. If this is the level of care and wait time patients can expect, you may be better off taking care of yourself at home than coming here for help. Very disappointing experience.
Came here after my father hit the back of his head on the pavement. They saw him swiftly, got a CT scan and everything in record time and sent us home. Never had such fast and great care.
