The emergency room is very busy but once you get a dr they are very thorough. It's a very long wait with a lot of people.

The staff are really disrespectful, they're talking bad and laughing about patients and all they do is laugh and talk and when someone walks in to check in they get bothered to help. There's a girl with red hair piercings on her face with tattoos that said she doesn't care as long as she gets paid, because she gets paid by the hour
First of all I never post review before UCi emergency room made me a believer I took my mother 65 years old high blood sugar over 360 for last 3 days couldn’t sleep or see clearly I tell front desk and we go sit to wait for nurse I see ppl crying of pain and still waiting for over 3 hours and a lady came sit next to me a fire fighter brought her 😒 to wait with us because no room available I knew it’s going to be long so I kinda expected it Then we go see the nurse triage nurse she asked me to guess my mom wight and hight !!... read more
