Very Bad Terrible , Horrible !!!!
The worst staff! Super rude front desk this place has no compation or people skills. They also review patients conditions infront of other patients. Im surprised they haven't received a lawsuit for violating patient confidentiality.
Edited to add: The ER doctor falsified my chart and stated I was concerned about "worsening kidney disease". In fact, I was there because I believed one of my kidneys failed and had told them as such repeatedly. It turned out I was correct, and was diagnosed with segmental kidney failure by a small, private hospital. Outstanding medical staff which were professional and courteous.
I was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident in the wee hours on June 27th 2025. Thanks to the exceptional care Leon and I received on behalf of UCI healthcare providers, we live to see another beautiful day. Truly great full.
