Extremely poor management and lack of empathy. We had a 12:30 PM appointment today for my 82 years old, who is a cancer patient. We did not get brought back until 3:10 PM, a whole 3 hour delay.It is entirely unacceptable to make a fragile, elderly patient wait this long without any regard for his comfort or medical state. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to be 3 hours behind? Terrible customer service and severe lack of care for patients. Would not recommend.
Was in pretty awful shape when I started treatment for stage 4 cancer. I was placed in a clinical trial and, two and a half years later, I am still here and functioning pretty normally. Years I did not expect to have, with more to look forward to.
