I have nothing but the most amazing things to say about Dr. Holly Yong. She is a smart, confident, breath of fresh air. Her confidence and knowledge made me feel safe and able to trust her. I wish every person in the medical field was as dedicated and compassionate as her. The world would be a better place.
This infusion center across from the UCI hospital is not much of a saint place either. One time I heard a few nurses giggle while whispering to each other saying "No hope for them" at one point, cancer is NOT a fricking joke. If a person asks for oxygen or needs something, they start laughing and take their time rather than taking a situation seriously. The staff was kind, courteous and helpful. Dr. Lin was gentle, thorough and answered all.questions with patience and compassion. Overall one of the best examples of excellent patient care that I have experienced!
