Most unprofessional staff I ever had to deal with. Took them 6 weeks to get a new order in for my MRI. When I called back after 4 weeks to see whats going on, the lady said she did put it in after the first time I called. I called my insurance to verify and they said she only just put it in 40 minutes prior of me calling. Then they did it wrong and took zero accountability. Seriously, everytime we need a med refill they never pick up(after repeated calls and voicemails) forcing me to drive an hour and a half there and same time back home just ask for a prescription for my family member with ALS. How hard is it to answer a phone or call back after a voicemail? If you are okay with that, they do a good job otherwise. Since we started with them and they know our situation, we can't change offices without difficulties which is the only reason we havent changed provider. Make sure you pick somewhere... read more
