Dr. Farhey is great. She listens to you. She explains why, what, and how, about medication.
They refuse to accept patients even with a referral. She laughed at me for being upset. I would never recommend them even if they started taking patients again. Compassion goes a long way.
Reached out to request a phone call twice after my appointment to discuss my lab results. Was told that we would review at my next appointment 5 weeks out. Drove 40 minutes and paid a $50 copay for a 10 minute appointment explaining that there is nothing further that needs to be done. When I asked Dr. Luggen why he could not have told me this over the phone as I requested, he had an attitude saying it was better this way and walked out of our appointment.
Extremely knowledgeable physician who has been very responsive to my needs. Easy to talk to. Thorough. Knows his patients. Office staff exemplary as well. Can't recommend him enough.
