High recommend Dr. Boyd, his work is GREAT and he is very personable chairside. He always goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. Some prior reviews notes conflict with the receptionist but I have never had any issues even with a rather difficult schedule to work around. I would also like to address the receptionist this morning looked over a bill from prior treatment. She advised I call the billing department before paying as it appeared insurance was not factored in which in turn saved me money!

I’m hearing “Not accepting new patients” on the phone line, and then being told they don’t have endodontists on site… their the only place in 50 miles that take my insurance for endo work. It’s ridiculous, do better UC.

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE NOT CERTIFIED DOCTORS OR TECHS, THEY ARE IN TRAINING. Two dentists in training told me I needed an implant for a cavity that was under my crown. Went to another dentist and they replaced the crown with a crown… Tried to force an extremely invasive and expensive procedure. On top of that, they told me I didn’t have a cavity on my left side in which I actually did. They take 1-2 hours to fill a non- complex cavity whilst other dentists would take 30 minutes.
