I wish I would’ve read these reviews before making an appointment. The receptionists are extremely rude and act like I’m a bother for calling and asking questions. I discovered that the treatment for my need is something my PCP can provide for me at half the price. I’m thrilled to be able to cancel my appointment because of how rude the staff was. Everyone I spoke with had a terrible attitude.
Don't know what these reviews are about BUT... Dr. Fleischer is literally the best dermatologist ever. His nurse, Patty, is also one of the nicest people I've ever met and so helpful. I don't live anywhere near this location and I'd drive here without question to see Dr. Fleischer. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING <3
Good luck actually speaking to your provider's physical office, receptionist is unprofessional and argumentative, physician was rushed and not quite interested in my concerns.
Great Dr. Unprofessional and rude office staff. Lauren could not fill out a prior authorization properly after 5 tries. Angela, the manager is not helpful. They said my son's insurance didn't want to pay for the medication and were lying about never receiving a properly filled out PA. This is not true. Too bad as we really liked his Dermatologist. She was fantastic.
Dr Johnson made so sense on anything she said. But one thing I understood clearly when she said there's nothing or nobody able to help me.
