I just called for appointment, it was an easy call with my foreign accent and they all sound nice from the main call to the transfered appointment call.
Dr Snyder was very good. Patient centered care. Very personable. I would recommend him anytime. Easy appointments at the West Chester location without a long wait.

I have no clue why this Dr has scored so low. It clearly states on the paperwork and on the phone call while scheduling not to be more than 20 min late or they’d have to reschedule. I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Ferguson. Her and her assistant were very nice. I was surprised of this because of the low rating. This is why I am writing this review so not all people go in with this misinterpretation. They made an uncomfortable situation as bearable as possible.
