Amy from outpatient therapy lied to me today and wasted my time. What is the use for calling ahead to only get bad advisement
Don’t waste your time. We ended up going to the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Sawyer on the third floor was wonderful and gave an accurate diagnosis but the neurosurgeons on the fourth floor were unwilling to operate on my mother. They cost her precious time; we went to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for her surgery and now she’s walking again!

I do not suggest trying to schedule at any of the uc neurology locations... I've been trying to get in with a neurologist for over a month. Called dr maliks office april 4th 2025 because that's who I used to see, I was told a message was sent to her and she'd contact me back. Today, April 17th 2025, I received a notification from my chart from them, they said they tried to call back to schedule an appointment on the 8th, and weren't able to leave a voicemail, 1 I checked my in calls for April 8th, not 1 time does i get a cal... read more
