We’ve been to UC Baby for a few ultrasounds, and every visit has been amazing. The entire team is wonderful, and these appointments have given us so much reassurance throughout the pregnancy while also creating special opportunities to connect with our baby. DO NOT COME HERE! I was so excited for this. But this experience was one from hell. They were so incredibly rude. The tech went over things including saying “this is the placenta”. I didn’t think I heard right so I asked “oh that’s the placenta?” Then she repeated 4 or 5 times “I already told you that” in an annoyed tone. She also tried to rush me out before my time was over. We did the Silver Package (+video and heartbeat bear) today and it’s the best decision ever! US Technician Ying is very nice and accommodating. She is very awesome! She made sure I am comfortable while doing the ultrasound and she keeps on checking on me. My husband and I are glad that our baby cooperated so we had clear images and video. The receptionist is also nice and helped us with choosing our heartbeat bear and helped us with printing the 2 photos. Highly recommended! 🤩
