We had an amazing experience at UC Baby! The receptionist was extremely friendly and kind. The ultrasound technician had us laughing quite a bit which made us feel at ease! Overall, great experience and we are really looking forward to the next ultrasound around 30 weeks!
I was a pretty frustrated and disappointed by the experience that I had at UC baby in Calgary. My appointment was for 4:30 and I had received an email stating that I needed to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork prior to the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and the doors were locked to the office and the lights off.
