Extremely disappointed in showing up for my scan today to find out that the Richmond location was closed. I never received an email indicating they were closed or had changed my appointment time- the door was locked and no notice or anything for customers. I wasted gas and paid for parking driving from South Delta while my husband took off work. I have had a prior experience here years ago which was much better. Not sure if ownership has changed, but not impressed!

I have visited UC Baby Richmond on 2 occasions and I must say my experience has just gotten better and better. Emma is such a delightful person who explains everything very well. She doesn’t try to rush you, instead she gives you an amazing experience. She is so calm and thoughtful and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I recommend UC baby to everyone who wants an ultrasound or a heartbeat scan for extra reassurance. Thank you again Emma
I do not recommend UC Baby Richmond. I’ve used UC Baby before at the Burnaby location and always had great experiences, which is why I purchased the same Bronze package again. At Burnaby, for a small $10 extra fee, I received great value, including extra images available for download and a livestream, and the staff were focused on helping me get the best pictures.
