Had an appointment for a 3D ultrasound. Their office is located in an old building on a 2nd level. When we opened the building door there was a very strong gas smell (rotten eggs) in that building. There was clearly a gas leak. We went to their office and asked the lady if it was safe to stay in the building, she said it’s okay I already got used to the smell and went to ask some other office what was happening. An awful experience. We went for our first scan and everything was fine, we were very happy with the tech. We came for our second scan to discover that they had moved. No contact, no email, nothing left on the door to inform anyone about the change in premises. Then after 20 minutes we finally managed to get hold of someone at the Burnaby location who told us about the address change. When we finally got hold of the Richmond location they told us that they could "fit us in" at 12:30. No mention of our previous booking. When ... read more
Wow just amazing ! Definitely worth the time and money for a one of a kind experience. The technology is unreal and you can see your baby so clearly. Our baby luckily cooperated the whole time and we received amazing photos and a cute bear with the heartbeat sound installed inside of it that I can snuggle. A unforgettable experience. Also we thought it was really cool you can have a LIVE video stream for out of town family that would like to join in and watch your ultrasound session. Thank you !!
Extremely disappointed in showing up for my scan today to find out that the Richmond location was closed. I never received an email indicating they were closed or had changed my appointment time- the door was locked and no notice or anything for customers. I wasted gas and paid for parking driving from South Delta while my husband took off work. I have had a prior experience here years ago which was much better. Not sure if ownership has changed, but not impressed!
Not recommended.
