Terrible experience for 31 week ultrasound. Technician was rude, rushing, and threatening to throw my baby’s picture in the garbage!! Caused stress to a pregnant woman. Wanted 30 min session only gave 15. DO NOT COME HERE
I would love to recommend UC baby to every pregnant friend of mine. The technician is so calm, welcoming and patient. My baby wouldn't cooperate at first, and the technician suggusted me to walk around and try some positions to make the baby move more and took good photos!
We had an amazing experience at UC Baby 3D/4D Ultrasound! Emma provided exceptional service—she was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to educate my wife and I about every step, making us feel comfortable and informed. The quality of the ultrasound was fantastic, and the overall experience was truly special. Highly recommend UC Baby for anyone looking for a professional and welcoming environment!
Emma is truly so amazing. She made every moment so special for my partner and I. We are so grateful for her!! It was so fun seeing our baby move around and we got to listen to the heartbeat. :') We will cherish these photos and video forever, and we can't wait to come back in a couple weeks again!
